The safety and well-being of young people is our number one priority. We work every day to create a safe, fun environment so kids can have every opportunity to be successful in life.
Youth and teens, 2nd-grade (must be 7-years-old) to 8th-grade, can participate in all after-school programs, meals, and special events. Elementary students annual membership fee is only $15 per person or $30 per family. Students in grades 6th-8th grade, is a sponsored program.
Your membership includes:
- After school snack and dinner each day after school
- Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks during scheduled days off from school
- Daily homework help & tutoring
- Over 40 fun, educational, and outcome-driven programs, based on five core areas:
- Leadership & Service
- The Arts
- Education
- Health & Wellness
- Sports & Recreation
- Transportation to the Club from School
Our Programs
After-School Program
Elementary School: Youth entering 2nd-grade (must be 7-years-old) through 5th-grade can join the After-School Program for $15 per kid or $30 for a family of two or more kids. Scholarships are available upon request.
Middle School: Youth entering 6th – 8th-grade can join the After-School Program, this is a sponsored program.
Both include:

- Fun, educational, and hands-on activities
- A safe and inclusive environment
- Diverse programs to unlock potential
Summer Program
Elementary School: Youth entering 2nd-grade (must be 7-years-old) through incoming 6th-grade can join our Summer Program. The Club will provide programming Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-6:00 pm. with assigned, staggered drop-offs beginning at 7:30 am. When Summer School is in session (Hours; June 12- June 23 M-F 1pm -6pm, June 26-July 7th, M-F 7:30 am – 6pm (closed on the 4th of July) and July 10- July 21 M-F 1-6pm), the Club will only be open for half-day programming, beginning at 1pm. The Summer Program will run from Monday, June 12th to August 18th, 2023.

If you are not currently a member, you must first register, and then you may sign up for our Summer Program. The program is $60 per week or $15 per day for full-day programming. When Summer School is in session, the weekly fee rate is $35/week and $10/day. Scholarships are available upon request.
Middle School: There is no summer program offered at this time.

Remember, if you are already a Club Kid, you can jump straight to this step. If you aren’t yet a member, please complete steps 1-4 before submitting your summer application.
Middle School Registration
Sign up for a Club membership. Register Early! A waitlist will begin when registration is full. To ensure all families have equal opportunity to enroll we will only be accepting paper applications. Online enrollment is not available at this time.
Paper applications will be available beginning Oct 28th at River Heights, Menomonie Middle School, St. Paul’s Lutheran School & Immanuel Baptist School. Return completed applications to: River Height Elementary Oct 31, Nov 1,3,4,7,8,9 (3-6pm) or to Menomonie Middle School Nov. 10 (6-7pm) & Nov 11 (5:30-6:30pm).
Due to COVID-19, the Club has increased protocols for safety, cleaning, and social distancing to help provide a healthy and safe environment for your child. Capacity at each site location is based on the available sq ft that is allowable with COVID-19. Upon submitting membership and summer applications, your child will be placed on a waitlist for review. The specific site you register for will contact you directly to confirm your spot or inform you of the current waitlist.
